If you cancel your order before any design work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid, minus a processing fee of 10% of the total deposit amount.
If you cancel your order after design work has commenced:

If you cancel installation services before materials are ordered or work begins, you may receive a full refund of any deposit paid, minus a 15% cancellation fee.
Once installation work has been completed, refunds are not available. However, we provide warranty coverage for our workmanship and will address any issues that arise due to faulty installation or materials.
